How far in advance should I book my party?
Parties should be booked as far in advance as possible, try to book 1 month in advance during the winter.

Is the deposit refundable?
No. Deposits are not refundable. We can move the date for you if your child is sick at no extra cost. After moving
your party date once, we will then have an additional $50 charge.

How early should guests arrive?
Guests should  arrive about 5 minutes before the party,  guests will need to sign waivers,
review  BOUNCIN' BEARS rules.

Can I bring in my own goody bags?
Yes. Or we can add them to your party at a cost of $4 a goodie bag.  Some of our Party Packages include goody
bags, so don't forget to ask.

Set up and Clean up?
BOUNCIN' BEARS takes the stress off you by ensuring that your party is set up and ready before you arrive.  We
will also do the clean up while you enjoy your child's birthday and your guest.


Open Jump

Are all guests required to sign a waiver?
Yes. No one is allowed in the jump without a signed waiver.  Families are all cover under one waiver.


Can Adults jump with their children?
Adults are allowed to play with their toddlers.  We do have a weight limit of 250lbs.
PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GET ROUGH WITH CHILDREN, AND MUST
FOLLOW ALL RULES!

RULES of BOUNCIN’ BEARS


1.       Signed waiver and socks required

2.        No jewelry, shoes, or sharp objects

3.        All slides –
a.  No jumping from the top
b.  No jumping at the top
c.  No flipping, rolling down or sliding down on feet.
d.  No climbing up the slides
e.  Once you slide you must exit immediately
f.   Do Not slide until slide is clear.
g.  No sliding down between the stairs

4.        No gum, food, or drinks

5.        No wrestling, pushing or rough-play

6.        No piling on (climbing on top of each other)

7.        No jumping over the sides of the inflatables

Parents, please monitor your children

9.        Parents can help their toddlers on the inflatables as long
as they don’t go over the 250 pound weight limit. (Adults can sit
in a bounce house to be near their children, but should not
bounce at the same time the children are bouncing)

10.        No grabbing the net

11.        No bouncing close to other children

12.        NO RUNNING!!

13.        No outside food or drinks (including water), except on
Monday

14.        No running behind the inflatables

15.        Report anyone not following the rules
